Julie is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster in May 2010.  She is also in good standing with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional (AMBP). She has been in several different work settings that have given her a greater understanding of the needs her clients can have. Julie’s goal as a therapist is to assist and invite her clients to take an active part in their own health. She prefers to create a custom massage using a variety of modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Stretching, Trigger Point, and more to promote a pain-and-tension-relief massage for a deeper relaxation overall. She is also skilled in reflexology and hot stone massages and she enjoys giving pre and postnatal massages. She works the entire body and is sure to work any specific areas of concern with a 360-degree mentality (working all around the entire area), because everything in the body is connected. She believes that massage creates a balancing of the mind, body, and spirit to relieve the body of tension and stress.

In her free time Julie enjoys playing with her three young children (two daughters and a son) and spending time with her husband and puppy Reese. As a Colorado native, she enjoys camping and hiking in the warmer months and hitting the hot springs or snowshoeing in the colder months. Julie is a firm believer that we all need to make time to care for ourselves, so we can care for the people we love.
